Naturally fermented robusta coffee, Gia Lai

This naturally fermented coffee is made from 100% ripe, selectively picked cherries and fermented according to SCA Fine Robusta standards. The coffee is dried on raised beds for 30-40 sunny days and protected from rain and overnight dew.
