Welcome to Vietnamia, a business-to-business (B2B) platform ("Platform") that connects companies with suppliers in Vietnam. The terms "Vietnamia", “us”, “we”, and “our” refers to Atomium Vietnam Co. Ltd, a Company existing under the laws of Vietnam (License number: 0313996290). References to “User”, "their", “you”, and “your” refer to the individual accepting this Terms Of Use ("Terms"), creating an Account, or otherwise using the Services.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN THEIR ENTIRETY, AS USING, ACCESSING, AND/OR BROWSING OUR PLATFORM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BEING BOUND TO EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION SET FORTH HEREIN, KINDLY LOG OUT FROM OUR PLATFORM IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT USE, ACCESS, AND/OR BROWSE IT FURTHER.

1. Users

Vietnamia provides certain features and functionalities that allow users to create an account, submit requests to identify suitable suppliers and manufacturers that match their specific criteria.

2. Services

2.1. Vietnamia offers additional services that can be purchased by users. In such cases, our team will assist with legal and communication tasks to ensure a smooth supply and production process. These services include, but are not limited to, managing unexpected difficulties and ensuring effective communication between the parties.

3. Responsibility

3.1. We do not and cannot guarantee the actions or behaviors of individual users. Users are responsible for any copyright laws or any other law issues.

4. Compliance with Laws

4.1. Users may only use our Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, both in their home countries and in Vietnam.

5. Privacy

5.1. User data and information provided during the registration and verification process are subject to our Privacy Policy. In order for you to use our Platform you may also be required to agree to conditions that are incorporated in our Privacy Policy page and are considered part of this Agreement.

6. Termination

6.1. Vietnamia has the right to terminate your rights under our Platform or suspend user accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms or suspicious activities that may harm the Platform.
