Vietnam is becoming one of the world’s most recognized footwear manufacturing hubs, producing a wide range of private label clog footwear for global export. From EVA garden clogs and lightweight foam slippers to rubber and leather clogs for fashion and workwear, Vietnamese factories deliver strong price-to-quality ratios. However, finding a reliable and trustworthy clogs manufacturer capable of complete A-to-Z development and production of modern clogs is not an easy task, even if it may seem so at first glance.
Over recent years, we have built a supply chain for OEM and ODM footwear such as clogs that meets the needs of those who want to produce custom footwear in Vietnam according to international standards. You can explore ready-made clog models in the Vietnamia catalog or we can create a new model based on your design, with options for color, materials, outsole types, and finishing. Buyers maintain full control over product shapes, molds, and approved raw material suppliers during every step of custom clog production. We have already prepared solutions for common manufacturing issues. You only need to send drawings, reference images, or sample pairs with a short description of your requirements, and we will handle the rest. We will prepare a prototype sample for your review, send you a quote, and once approved, you will pay directly to the factory to begin bulk clog production or other footwear manufacturing in Vietnam.
Guide to develop your own clog product directly with a manufacturer:
1) Start by providing a detailed clog design drawing or a real physical sample.
2) If your model is close to existing clog designs in our portfolio, development takes about 3 to 4 weeks. If your design is entirely new, development time will be longer.
3) Our footwear design team will prepare a digital mock-up of your clog model for approval.
4) Make a deposit to begin sample clog production.
5) After final sample approval, our Vietnam clog factory will give a quotation for mass production. Any mold setup costs will be included in the final production quote.
